Joining some pieces in Pepakura

Hello,
Here is my problem: I have this model which has a truncated cone , but as you can see in the picture it is splited any several fragments and I can't join the ones separated by the red lines.

If I'm right go back to your 3D model and join the points on the corners all the red part.

In meta it's "Join Vertices".

You can try also a "Remove Doubles".
