Pepa 3 vs. Pepa 2

So I just coughed up the $10 for my upgrade from 2 to 3, and I have some concerns. I usually like to do the cutting and unfolding on just one section at a time (ie, just one piece from the parts list) But on 3 it keeps unfolding everything instead of just the part I have selected for development.

Is the pogram dumb, or am I missing something here?

No your spot on.

I'm not moving to v3 because of this issue.

Re: Pepa 3 vs. Pepa 2

I haven't tested it yet. I migrated to Ubuntu and I cannot insert my password to Pepakura 2 under wine. So, at the moment I wont upgrade to Pep3.

Forgive me n810, but I changed the title of the thread so that everyone could understand better the matter....

Re: Pepa 3 vs. Pepa 2

I don't know if I understood the problem correctly...

With v3, I'm very well able to cut and unfold selected sections at a time. To do this, I only need to bring up the Objects list window and 'hide' (by deselecting) the objects that I don't want to work on. When I start unfolding, only the visible objects will be unfolded.

Re: Pepa 3 vs. Pepa 2

That's interesting.

I do the same on my trial version yet it still unfolds all objects even though I have only one high lighted.

Re: Pepa 3 vs. Pepa 2

its is probably the trial bit that is causing the problems. the paid version unlocks usable features. i have found v3 to be more versatile over v2.
