Here are my rough rendering of "Pilsudski's Tank" wheel based on this photo:

I made two version, as the photo is not that good and I am not really sure which one is ok, although I guess the second one is closer to the real thing (the spokes in the first one are too complicated).

Does that look similar to any wheel of a WWI truck?

I checked several Polish sources, all repeat "unknown truck" as the base. Not even an aducated guess.
