There was a great one started over at zealot by jaybats ..Better Modeling with Meta/Pep/P.N – Tutorial 1: Introduction | Zealot

Theres also a few HUNDRED more on the net...heres a decent one..Daybreak-Studio Metasequoia Tutorials!

Deviant arts has several hundred as well...Meta by Arkenidae on deviantART

Either way, they will get you started if you can remember what you just read than go to the program and try it. I wish someone would put together a PDF you could print out, and they were going to with the one at zealot but it never happened and that one died a painful death before it got far enough into it!

Metasequoia Tutorials

I have collected web sites that had Metasequioa tutorials with images, and copied them into Word documents.
The Word documents I have put on my OneDrive, and have made them public.

*Better Modeling with Metasequoia Pepakura PaintDotNet 2008 Steve.doc
*Texturing Tutorial from Meta Documentation.doc
*Modelling tutorial - simple boat unfold in Pepakura Designer.doc
*Modelling tutorial - simple boat from Meta Documentation.doc
*Metasequoia Documentation v1 Dragonscape.doc
*docs.zip

The "docs.zip" contains html, images and *.mqo models.
I have turned some the html into the "simple boat" Word documents.

The "Better Modeling..." is the Jaybats tutorial. It is 12 MB and 90 pages long. This is an example of using the background reference image for more precise modeling than the "simple boat" style of model.

It would make me very happy if the written tutorials could be turned into YouTube videos.

Once the Word document opens in OneDrive, you can click File, Save As to save it to your hard drive.

I have attached the reference image for the Jaybats tutorial.
I have attached an image of the simple boat.

Metasequoia Simple Boat model

I have updated the "Modelling tutorial - simple boat unfold in Pepakura Designer.doc"
Updated doc

I have created a folder "Boat_model" in my OneDrive.
I uploaded the *.mqo files of the simple boat at each stage in the tutorial.
I uploaded one *.pdo file of the simple boat.
I uploaded the boat door and boat window *.bmp files.
Boat_model folder

A note about the Word documents.
If you are running a Word version that has the "Ribbon" interface, here is a tip to see how the document and tutorial is organized.

Click the View tab, and then click Outline. The Outlining tab is now active in the "Ribbon". Change the Show Level: [1] drop-down from "All Levels" to "Level 4" [2]. Now only the red, green and blue headings are displayed.

To jump to a specific section of the document, click on the heading you want [3], then on the Ribbon, Outlining tab, click the "Close Outline View" [4] .

Screen shots with red arrows and text were created using the free program Greenshot. Greenshot - a free and open source screenshot tool for productivity

Here's another one:
Metasequoia Wiki

And if you can understand Japanese or don't mind using a translator, this is also a good site:
