Found this on Air&Space online magazine. It's an article by Lyle Jansma that allows viewing a complete 360 degree surround of selected cockpits. Spoiler alert: You can spend more than a little time here:

Viewing controls are at the bottom of the cockpit image. They are all high resolution. I tested this by lifting an instrument image then straightening it in PhotoShop - piece of cake.
