Hey Garland,
I used good old West Virginia Clay Mud:D And, actually starting to have problems of cracking as it begins to dry. I may try making paper mache next time. As the clay dries I keep wetting the cracks to fill them in, in hopes it will eventually stop cracking.

Try mixing in a little white glue next time. It works with California sand, so I suppose it would work with West Virginia Clay. Garland |
