Wow! I can't even imagine attempting AXM's shuttle at that scale. I went with the Delta Columbia model and was happy to get it built at ~1/800! The shuttle inside the shuttle made my day! Nice job!

If you mount it vertically on the rocket, the whole unit (4th pic) still sits on the quarter.

Not to thread jack, but you inspired me.
I read this thread this morning and had a lightning bolt of an idea. I had to make Elephants on a Dime. Both are “Canon paper craft African Elephant,” printed at 10% and 8%. Thanks for sharing, I look forward to you future works. |

It has been a while... but I am finally back with another quarter model. This one is a distroyed tiger covered in snow... and this one is in 1-500 scale, so not too small this time.
