While I don't know for sure, the lack of texture on the base indicates it may be printed.

As is usual with WoPT models, that texture is fantastic. For those who haven't seen this kit, it is available over at their site. There are also two rail cars, one stock and one that is beat up.

No it isn't. Grass is only texture. Fantastic texture. I just printed and made diorama.
