It's one of the many designs produced by Crompton in 1915 for a landship.
The articulated ones were intended to cross trenches and bad ground with the two vehicles joined together. There was also a 4 turret design. There is a model of Crompton's Emplacement Destroyer on the Landships II website (landships.info). None of Crompton's designs were built. Regards, Charlie |
