Great pictures, Isaac! BTW, my destroyer Lutjens (first post in this thread, bottom row of pics, 2nd from the right) is also a card model. The only paper ship model on display, I'm pretty sure, although you guys stole the show with all those paper aircraft! Far and away the most paper models I've seen at an IPMS show.

Looks like you all stole the show - outstanding models and an impressive display. Thanks for all the pictures.

Thanks for pointing it out. The point here was to just have a show of force in paper.

Very glad you made it.

If I am in town, we should overwhelm them in Indy IPMS in March.

Who is with us?

Isaac

Splendid tour de force, guys, and glad the art was so well represented, by Boats, Isaac and others. That is showing the plastic people what a real sculptural medium can do! By the way, what is the publisher of the amazing IL 28 bomber?

Thanks for the note. The Other modeler is Paul. He builds planes and boats and other stuff as well. He just just joined our site.

The IL-28 is a GPM kit.

Cheers

Isaac

Wow - the center of gravity for fantastic paper model building feels like it is somewhere in Ohio! Welcome to the forum Paul, and hope we can see some more of your splendid builds.

Thanks, Isaac for the note about the GPM IL-28. It is a great build, and glad to know about that (alas, now out of print) model.

Great models guys...wish I could have been there. I need to make plans to come next year. Maybe me and Ron C. can carve out some time to come!
