If you're referring to the model that is a white base scheme, and is a Columbus AFB bird, then it was an MBI design in cooperation with FG. I just found an old printed copy of it last week. It says "MBI & Fiddlersgreen" on the copyright notice.

I had not looked at the T-38 for some time. It really is a nice looking kit.

That particular version would be a repaint by John Bowden.
