Amazzone and Bertrand du Guesclin by ZIO

As a test build of these two figures, it was fun, taking about 5-6 hours for each. I'm not too happy with the pose of Amazzone as I had not made sufficent reference to the pic in Zio's gallery before setting the position of the feet. Well, I'll enter them in the Zio Contest when more satisfactory builds are completed. These two are not good enough yet to compete with others.

they look pretty good! Can't wait to see your "more satisfactory build"! Nice work.

These are fine builds indeed! I wouldn't worry too much about matching Zio's photos exactly. There seems to be a lot of wiggle room on many of his models. These should both be in the contest!

Very nice job on both figures. I concur with Chris regarding their suitability for the contest.

Both of your figures look very good and present an interesting contrast side by side.

Thanks guys. What I'm planning to enter the contest is a double-sized Bertrand and an enhanced amazzone, but later. Still plenty of time, is there?

I think they look good, if only the hoplite was available there would be a canon Parthenon right now with a hoplite at the base of the steps.
