Looking good :D
Almost done now.

Oh yeah those Pacific Rim models are coming along great to.

Your build here reminds me, I need to build my large scale GM.
Not as impressive as the Shinanju there, but it is in my custom colors.

Thanks G1, but there are a lot of parts to assemble, but you are right, I did more than half of the endeavour.

Thanks Corvettenutts, your encouragement keeps me focused.

Here some pics. Just a dry fit.

I added some detail to enhance the three-dimensional aspect of this area

They are very huge

Next the "reservoirs". I think you could name this way those parts.

Best, Nando

Wing Booster Part Completed

The Mobile Suite is complete!

Here some pic of the last building steps ...

... and here some pic of the Sinanju completed.

The next chunk is the Shield.
I think this is necessary because the addition of the wings-booster complex on the back makes the MS06 less stable.

Another issue is the height. In the instructions we talk of a height of 38 cm over all. But the final height is 42 cm and the model doesn't fit anymore in the showcase. Now I have to modify the shelf!

Best, Nando

Shield #1

Slow progress on the Shield.

But in the mean time i discovered around some sentences on the skin of Sinanju ...

... and looking for more information about this subject, i found this video. I think it is a capture from some video game, but Sinanju is playing very powerful actions.

enjoy

Best, Nando

Sinanju completed !

I still should do the beam rifle, but I have to take a break from this model.
It seems to me enough complete as is.
For my skill and experience it was an endeavour to complete this huge and complex model. The design is outstanding, from the artistic and engeneering point view.
I had some difficulty with the instructions, sometime incomplete or wrong, and the numbering of the parts was not sequential or logically grouped, so i had to look for each part around the sheets in a real treasure hunt.
But i think that the effort payed off a beautiful model.

Chapeau Julius.

Best, Nando
