They look about the same size as my collection Kev. I'll have to look out for them. I'll tell the Mrs I've got a sudden craving for Cheerios for a change. Well, I do actually like them.

About here I should be posting a picture of my gang of minions, but they are all on a temporary holiday in a cardboard box, while the conservatory is Spring cleaned and rearranged around a new corner seating unit.

The seat unit is in now, but my model making space hasn't been figured out yet. Gotta find a space for the HiFi and disc racks first. I've got a new (over the windows) shelf planned for the minions to live on though. That should keep 'em out of rugrat reach too.

Jabba download completed, and printed out 1/4 size. This is beginning to look like a go project, but I may have to play around with the sizing a bit further.

It's not gonna be a simple model to build though. Then again nor was Daft Wader, but I got there eventually.

This is a plot ennit? Waft other temptations past Johnny and he might forget about the 40 shades pair. It's not gonna work though. I've got 5 pre-orders for them, so they will be built.

I actually wandered round a supermarket with the Mrs today. It's been a while as she usually goes with our daughter, leaving me at home. My damaged feet weren't too happy, but I guess I enjoyed it really.

Now the bad news ... I checked the Cheerios and ALL the other cereals on offer, but no mention of Minions on any of them. There were some big soft toy versions and some small plastic ones in the toy section, but I didn't like any of them enough to bother to check the prices.

I must admit that my interweb enquiries were leading me toward the thought that these cereal/minion offers were looking to be USA or S.E. Asia promotions, but maybe they'll find there way here one day.

So I guess I'll just have to continue developing the paper ones, eh? Much more satisfaction in making them yourself anyway I think. My next stage is to put up a new shelf to keep them on though.

You should put them in some nooks and crannies throughout the house and garden to give people a surprise when they stumble across them.

Mostly people wouldn't really notice them that way Doug. You may have missed the point, but none of my minions are taller than 2". But, as planned, a 7ft long shelf full of them sorta stands out a bit.

Still gotta fix up the shelf though, but I'm having quite a bit of trouble with me fingers and toes, so very little is getting done around here lately.

Oh, yeah. A minion gnome! That just seems to be a natural.

Assuming that gnomes and minions are natural...
