I've been getting that same problem in Pepakura since W7. (I'm now in W10.)
It occurred in my previous printer, HP, and it still occurs in my current one, EPSON.
My only consolation is that it occurs intermittently.
However, I noticed that the problem only occurs when I tell pepakura to print lines as vectors. If I tell pepakura to print lines as bitmap, the problem does not occur.
Kinda annoying.

Hello everybody, sorry for the delay I was on holiday. Like you said JohnM, I think it's a problem with my printer driver. I don't use Win 10 (I use Win 7). And thanks again for the pdf file
