MSN06-S Sinanju - The White Comet A3 Size
Hi all,
Ok, it's not so new here because it has ever been built by Nando in A4 size here : Paper-Replika Gundam Sinanju MS-06S White Comet And in red by Nadavaro here : Sinanju build But I'm happy to present you my A3 printed Sinanju White Comet from Paper-Replika. As I started the build on the french paper-forum, I give you the link to it for the beginning of the build : MSN-06S Sinanju - The White Comet Paper-Replika And you'll find attached last pictures of it. I'm now building the left arm, right arm is finished. Regards, Vincent |

Hi all,
Thanks eatcrow2. Yes there are crazy builders in this forum, particulary two armors : Iron Man and Warhammer 40k ! Here the news for Sinanju : arms completed. See you ! Regards, Vincent |

Just an advise.
I used 160 gsm paper and, as time goes on and the weight of the shield, the left leg has yielded a little. I suggest you use heavier paper, especially if you build it bigger or to insert an internal structure to counter future deformations. I put a metal wire in the rear side to sustain the left shoulder. I'll follow with interest your thread. Best, Nando

Hi Nando,
Thank you very much for you post and your advice. Unfortunaletely, the job is already done for the legs, and everything is glued. I think the best way now to preserve the left leg is to glue the shield in order that it lays with all its weight on the "floor", and not suspended to the arm ? I think i'll try like this. Now I'm working on the booster part, and I'd read your post about the first "tricky" part, and followed your building sequence (thanks for sharing !). The part is finished, not without pain, and it has not the perfect shape I was expecting... Not too twisted, but not totally straight too... We'll see how to adjust symetry when I'll glue the whole assembly at Sinanju's back ! Thanks for following, it's an honor from someone who's finished this masterpiece ! Regards, Vincent |

Very good work. I did the red version, although now in repairs. In short I upload images of the arrangements.

Hi all,
Very nice job dolza1971, what are you repairing ? Here's next step finished : booster part achieved : Sinanju doesn't stand alone since I glued the booster :-( Does the shield weight helps after ??? Or maybe I need to add weight to the feet ? Next step is the Shield ! Regards, Vincent |
