16th Century Knight in Armor - 3D Paper
Started a new project, the 16th Century Medieval Knight in Armor by 3D Paper from Korea.
The part sheets are printed 2 sides with the score lines and other information printed on the back. The parts are all die cut and very precise but the score lines have to be added. So far the fit is excellent and the instructions are easy to follow. I am filling the insides with tissue paper saved from Christmas presents to give it that extra bulk. Only other thing added was a thick black board to the base of the feet. The rubber bands on one of the last photos were there to hold the board in place while the glue dried. Since it's printed on gloss card, I'm using the Crafter's Pick glue. Have had no problem with it. Fred

I have a few figures like this in my archives (Maybe one day files) but I've not seen this one around. It looks to be quite a large model, or have you enlarged it Fred?
I've had a quick google, but I'm not coming up with a URL for 3D Paper in Korea.Can anyone quote a link please?

A very neat build so far. The rendering of the polished steel is very realistic.

V-K: There are 12 sheets (all double sided printing) and 93 parts in total. JohnM: No, didn't enlarge this one. Not quite sure but think finished size is about 24 inches. Thanks Rick, that is the website. Thanks Gary, more work today...snowed in this morning. Don: The printing is great on this model and as I've already said, the die cut is very precise. Like the way that nothing (fold lines, glue marks, etc) show up on the model itself. Everything is printed on the back of the sheet. Fred

The designs of 3D-Paper have a great fit and the print is very realistic. If I'm not mistaken the paratrooper I built some 5 years ago was also published by them. The soldier's face is my avatar. The scale is around 1:5.
I found that once you started building it was hard to stop, every time I thought "this will be the last segment of tonight" but then again another one and another one  .Cheers, Erik
