Disney Gargoyle Box
I build all sorts of different things, a lot of which are for my sweety. Anyhoo, I built this box to sit by her command chair.
I actually built this thing twice, the first time she put chewable vitamins in the draw. The day I gave it to her, we went out to dinner only to return to a couple of the healthiest dogs in the world and a destroyed box. The second one turned out better, because I learned that all the flat surfaces needed to be reinforced and I put added reinforcements on the top. I'm not sure if these are pictures of the first box or the second. The last blurry picture is the box in position by the command chair, Mike |

Looks like a good build done there B.Beard. I'm not familiar with the concept of this, but Google seems to want to associate it with the Funko Pop scene. Other than seeing a few Funko Pop paper models on offer by a Brazilian designer, I must admit to not being familiar with that scene either ... I dunno why this box appeals to me, but it does ... a lot. I want one ... but have been unable to find it offered anywhere. Give us a clue where to start looking mate.

Thanks for the nice comments.
I ran across the model on the Papermau blog, when I saw it, it made me chuckle. Admittedly it is not the easiest model to build, the Gargoyle requires careful shaping and I stuffed the arms and body with toilet paper. Also, like I said the flat surfaces should be reinforced to maintain their shape. However, everything fits exactly the way it should as you would expect from something made by Disney. Mike |

Cheers Mike. A quick search through Disney on the Papermau blog soon found it. This led on to a download on the Disney Experience website. https://www.disneyexperience.com/act..._pencilcup.php
Seems it's to do with the Haunted Mansion ... nothing to do with the Funko Pop scene. So now let's see what a mess these damaged fingers can make of this one, eh?

It's a fun one, pay attention to the instructions are reinforce the flat panels. Then you can chuckle every time you see it, just like me, lol.
