Human Body

Has anyone ever tried this?
Horst Kiechle - Amorphous Constructions - Paper Torso

I am trying to make it and doing the organs first. I finished the bladder and stomach. The intestines are hard, you have to be very careful on the folds and positioning of the large intestine so that the small intestine fits well.

That is interesting to say the least. Add color and make it real squishy looking.

That's a bit spooky! Although I do have a kit for a full sized skeleton - It's been on my "to do list" for years.

Good luck and I like Doug's idea. Perhaps a few balloons inside to make the bits move ;-)

Cheers
Mike

Finished the intestines, had some bowel blockages and problems but some x-lax and glue worked. Working on heart now. The intestines and the body when I get to it are the hardest. Painting hopefully will cover imperfections.

Watching this build with great interest Padre. Had a look at the you tubes of the model. Wow the torso looks really complicated. Wishing you every success!

Regards

Kevin

I said the intestines and the body were probably the hardest. Maybe I was wrong, trying to figure out how the heart and the twists and turns are hard. At my age I need to keep my mind active and challenged............

Well, the heart is done, now which organ is next? Gluing the last few tabs was hard.
