This model has been listed (possibly by this same seller) for quite some time. In fact he presently has two concurrent listings. The model is not claimed to be his, in fact he even states that the model is sold in its original Japanese, with Japanese instructions and such. His auction is for a printed version of the kit: "more than 80 sheets of 100gsm A3 paper" so in reality thats what you are buying, the print and paper. The big question is, is the kit freely available? If the Kit is available for free to download then the argument is once again; can he sell the printed item? Some might not agree, but I think he is within legal boundaries. Paper cost, Ink cost and the labour involved are what he is technically recovering from the sale and he is making no claims about the model. He is also not using it to promote anything commercially, such as Printing services. As long as the model is a freely available kit and he makes no further adjustments to his listings, I think I am okay with his effort. *I...me... this is a personal opinion.

The original kit isn't freely available (legally)--it's a discontinued printed kit (only a few websites still sell them). http://ghostman.zombie.jp/T800.html Note that the original kit even had metallic paper, so this is also a poor reprint.

The original kit was a 1:2 scale version of the Terminator, printed in book form.
I know, i bought my copy from Hobby Link Japan, and I was planning on building it, now, not so much Rick
