the sheet size is a4 or 8.29 inches by 11.69 inches

a3 would be 11.69 by 16.58

In the states you can not buy it

I use this, available at Dick Blick for my European digital models

Borden & Riley Paris Bleedproof Paper For Pens - BLICK art materials

As for weights, everything that is available, I have used

Here is another source for cardstock that can be trimmed to A4 size.
Officeworld.com store

In the Select Manufacturer slot pick Pacon.
Then choose Paper
Then choose Art & Drating Materials
Then on page 2 choose Tagboard
There are manilla and white available.

Check out the medium weight 12 x 9 tagboard. It is around the same as 65lb (cover) cardstock or 177gsm.

The heavy weight stuff is around 252 gsm or 93 lb cover and 140 lb index.

The 110 lb cardstock refered to a lot in the forum is 199 gsm or 110 lb index

The 12 x 9 tagboard can be trimmed for A4 size layouts.

I have ordered from Officeworld.com and have received prompt service.

I normally use Wausau index 110lb legal size cardsock. It's 8 1/2" x 14". I just center the print and trim the top and bittom part, sometimes not at all. A4 size fits perfectly to this dimension. Just be sure to set your print option to scaling - no scaling or none. I get them from amazon for around $15 for 250 sheets.
