Copyright question
I have a scan of a Shirley Temple paper doll, plus outfits, a playhouse and pet animals. It's from a kids activity book printed around 1935, based on Shirley's age and my Mom's age. The book has absolutely no copyright information, not even a publisher's name. I'd like to contribute it to the download section. What kind of copyright would this hold?

Interesting issue.
Looks like a great candidate for our discussion on vintage items which we had a while back here: Vintage Paper Models: Definition. and also here: Restored vintage decoupages

Does a paper doll count as a "model"?
If I post it, would anyone want it?

Since I'm merely a member, my comment is only worth the time it takes to be read. That accepted, I'd say post it as long as Rick and the mods are comfortable.
Who knows if someone will find it enjoyable today or 5 years from now. At least if its online it will have a better chance of not being lost to antiquity.

Somebody out there might have a little girl that would enjoy these paper dolls. I think they should go in the toys section.

Downloaded to Figurines and Paper Dolls, pending moderator acceptance.
My Mom has been a lifelong Shirley Temple fan, she's got a bedroom converted to her "doll room", all kinds of dolls but a LOT of Shirley dolls.
