Printing PDF file in another size

Morning folks,

Here's my problem; I downloaded a PDF file, opened it and tried to print it on A4 card stock. The file is A3 (297 x 420 mm or 11.7 x 16.5 inches) and the security states 'The document's Security Method restricts what can be done to the document'
I tried 'fit to page' and 'scaled' but it will only print the A4 portion center of the A3 file.
Went to the website (that was posted in another thread), clicked the file to open it and tried to print from there and it worked. Tried another file from this site that I knew was A3 size and it will print in A4 size. Opening the downloaded file on my PC results in the above mentioned problem.
Here's the website:

DiputaciĆ³n de Albacete

The file I tried is 'Vivienda Unifamiliar' or Single Family Dwelling. There are other files in this group that do the same thing. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you.

There are some nice models in that group. Printing with Acrobat Reader DC works fine.

Try downloading the file again. Maybe something jumped on board or jumped off when the file you have made the journey.

Thanks bigpetr and Captain. I'm still on Acrobat 9. Went to their site and Acrobat Reader DC is like 177 megs. May have to eventually though.
I'll give that a try Doug, thanks.

Oh dear. Can I hear a chorus of "DUH!!!!!". Tried a few things and then noticed, right there in front of me, on the Print control window, 'Page Scaling' 'None'. Changed that and bingo. My, getting old sucks. 'Course I coulda said, "the following is a test..."
The community was there though, and that's a good thing.

foxit pdf reader is free, and a relatively small install, and no need to to go online for Acrobat DC

plus it tabs all the files inside the main program, and not individual windows like what Acrobat does
