Question Boeiing B707 card model

Back in the 60's I bought a 1/50 th or 1/33 rd scale Boeing Lufthansa B-707 kit. Although I am a primarily a plastic airplane modeler. I wanted to have the card model to be resize it down to 1/48 scale and make it a pattern for a 707 in plastic Of course AMT brought out the KC-135 shortly there after and it became a still born model. Now that I'm old I'd like to build it as was intended as I lost it somewhere in the 70's, I got my 440 and 1/50 DC-9 (unbuilt) and am again building my 2nd L-1649 to go with my Electra.
My question is does any one make or know who made this paper model? Is still available?
I miss the my now closed hobby shop that once stocked card models, but alas at that time they didn't sell well. Holding them and looking at the part sheets in hand is far better than seeing only a finished photo in a catalog.

Yes indeed, back then you could have bought the. 1/50 or 1/100 scale versions of the Lufthansa Boeing 707. It was put out by schreibers.
Unfortunately they are no longer produced. Not that I’m aware of anyway.
About a year or so ago I saw both, the 1/50 and 1/100 version on eBay. I got the 1/100 but failed to get the the 1/50 version. I’ve been looking ever since.
I’d pay good money for the 1 /50 version myself.
Happy hunting, and if you come across a few of them, keep me in mind.
Hope this helped.

Murphyaa has a 707 in 1/100 scale. I'm sure if you talk with him... he can
dress it in the Lufthansa paint scheme for you.

Yes indeed, I have most of the 707’s out there, Murphy’s several different ones. Gary’s, and a few others that I’ve found online. Of course schreibers, but not the 1/50 version.
This kit has become my holy grail. I came so close with eBay, but alas, lost it by three bucks.
This is one of those kits I will search and search, and one day find. Not to build, heaven forbid, but just to own. To take out now and again, spread out all the pages and give it a look see. Only to put it carefully back into its wrapper and stash it away once more.
Oh come on, you know you all do it!!! LOL

I don't know what I'm doing . Being old this site multitude of options is really confusing. This is like being in a bank and looking thru thousands and thousands of dollar bills for one with a certain 4 digit sequence. I haven't the slightest idea if goes and to who.
Thanks Shipbuild the illustration was the one I remembered from so long ago.

Thanks to everyone who answered my query. The main reason for asking about that B-707 kit is my nagging rememberence of the image of it lying in the back seat/shelf of my 1964 used, beat up Volkswagen in the summer of 1968. That holy piece of junk and the flat unbuilt kit seemed to both disappear at the same time as the coming of my 1969 Mustang Mach 1. You don't really care about some objects til long after their gone. You can't believe they it ever existed except in your mind cause you wanted one so badly then. It must have fallen into a crack in the "TWILIGHT ZONE". I'd began to think it was an illusion of mine til I found this web site and got answers from some of you. Now if I could only remember what I did with the Swan-Morton scalpel I bought the 80's , which disappeared soon after somewhere never to be found again. I've stuck to X-Acto ever since.

Thanks everyone
