Thanks again. Tonight I will post pictures of my attempt to give an aluminum finish to the forward sections of the fuselage. The access panels proved time consuming.

Thanks Moshe O.

Here is one of the fuselage sides the other one looks the same only different. Also one of the cockpit side panels.

I can see from the macro view that I have to burnish the joint between the aluminum portion to the fuselage and the rest of it. The outside edge looks like a little more fine sanding is required as well. Yeah for the mighty macro.

Thanks Jeff.

I had a chance to do a little work on the cockpit. The stick is wire, paper, and lots of CA. I based it on the one in the museum . . . mine looks a little out of scale but I think it is better than the kits parts.

Nice work on the fuel tank although it looks a little bigger then it should be...i hoop you wont have a problem fitting the whole thing ...the assembly is longer then it should be....may be you need to move the seat forward slightly so evrything will fit.
looking to see the rest.

good point - if that tank is hanging past the back edge at all of that floor panel it wont fit :( I had to trim my floor panel a bit to get it in as well.
