Thanks, Doug, that's some good maths...

I just used the passenger sheet to pluck at 1/72 but like your logic a lot better. I also thoughgt the seats were a little on the large side as well but wondered if this might not be so that passengers would have room to perhaps wear 'one size fits all' survival suits in the event of an in-flight event?

Your scaling of 1/100 means my standard enlargement of 139% will work nice to get 1/72 and still fit each page on an A3 sheet...can't wait to see that 1/35 build...to go alongside a Moonbus??

That's like saying the Apollo 11 voyage was "not a bad trip"!

A superb model again. Don't know how he does it.

Apparently I p*ssed SCEtoAUX off with this comment, but I only meant it in fun. Sorry to him and to any others who may have thought I meant offence.

I just read those instructions on the zero gravity toilet, wow, they are a bit complex to follow. I'd be afraid to use the toilet and get sucked out of the ship.

Awesome detail there Uhu, I am looking forward to building this one. I am thinking about adding fiberoptic lighting to it when I do work on it.

Uhu is definitely the man And thanks so very very much for your work and for providing us with yet another fantastic model.

After reading your post it dawned on me that the office laser printer can handle 11"x17" sheets. That will make it much easier to blow up models like the Ares. Thank you for that!

The detail level on this model will definitely hold up to enlargement, especially with some scratch building. I immediately liked the model but have not made it my next project just yet. I did start upscaling it last night.

I would certainly build a 1/35 scale Moonbus if I could find a really good one.

I'm not sure of the exact scale but possibly Gary Pilsworth's Moonbus in the Download Library might be a start point?

Ah ha! I knew I had seen one somewhere. Thanks again. That model will definitely serve as a good starting point for a more detailed version with an interior. Unfortunately, projects like that must wait until I figure out Blender and/or Rhino.

Can you help me find the links to download this model? I cannot find it, the Moonbus or the Space Station model, all of which I would love to have.

Many thanks,

S.
