Exiting DAP does Not do any good
As soon as I click the Download after "Accept", It re-opens while in Firefox (DAP = Download Accelerator Plus) I was able to get the files Directly from Google evven though DAP is also enabled there now! You mean That the PDF file does Not open in your Browser, it saves to your system. To open them you must insert the password.

Just tried to download the file and am having the same problem
you are describing. It downloads as a php file listed as index. It is not recognized by Adobe Reader as a valid file. The version that I did download successfully previously was the smaller Quantas model. This download in php is worthless to me also......Ron The index file downloaded into my downloads file and is not recognized by Adobe Reader nor is it viewable in internet explorer....Ron

I had no problem dowloading the Lufthansa version. It's a password protected pdf (A380_Lufthansa.pdf) like all the other models I've dowloaded from Paper-replika. I use Firefox with no 3rd party download program. The file size is 250 kb.

I turned off internet download manager and it now downloads as a password protected PDF file that can be read by Adobe Reader. It opens with password: (paper-replika.com) Thanks for the tip....Ron

I don't know what an internet download manager is, or what DAP is, but since I started using Firefox, I've had a lot fewer problems downloading files. Perhaps it by-passes those other programs automatically, I don't know. However, sometimes Google Chrome downloads where even Firefox doesn't.

DAP is a Download manager app that started as a Plug-in for Firefox
It is now a google accepted app too DAP is short for "Download Accelerator Plus". Even when turned off, If I got to the final download link and clicked on it,DAP would start up and take over the download Although it is also a Google app now, Google did the download on its own. I did try to Right-click, save as, but got NO reaction on clicking. For now, If I get the php file instead of the pdf, I will just copy/paste the url to a google tab and download from there.

You should configure DAP to download in a single (not in multiple chunks/threads/parts/whatever) and then start download.
On the other side, the issue might be that the Download Accelerator Plus doesn't present the "previous page" as Home. I was unable to download at a time if the site I was navigating was paper-replika.com (but it worked as a charm if I was navigating on Home).
