Hi, I found browsing this site with free models, with aircraft, spacecraft and submarines, has a very detailed lunar module, in particular caught my attention to a Los Angeles class sub, hope you like the site. I leave the link here: U-DON'S FACTORY

I built this L.E.M. from that site..best one out there in 1/48 scale, the Apollo command mod is from the Lower Hudson Valley site and it's free, along with some other FANTASTIC models, one of the best sites there is.....Rich

Nice lunar model, to the details you've added gold foil?, fantastic model richkat.

I found some gold foil covered card stock at a local craft store(hobby lobby) and laminated it to the lower stage after build, but before details were put on. The silver on the upper stage is some silver craft paint I got at the same place, I also painted the black areas(my printer won't do a good solid black), but with the flash it dosn't look that black any way.
