Piracy Alert

I'm trying to find and inform everyone whose models are being pirated at this online store:

Alice papermodel store Small Orders Online Store

I know most of the scifi model designers, but when it comes to the warships and aircraft, there are so many and I'm not familiar with them all.

Paragon, some of it was discussed in this thread: Piracy Bomber

I'm not completely sure, but I believe most of the warships and airplanes are Halinskis, Modeliks, and the like. Also some Modelart airplanes, many of Canon free models, etc...

Has anybody tried having a chat with the site hosting him: Aliexpress.com?

Just tell them Store No. 403832 is selling illegally pirated products. Maybe you could mention a community of 10,000+ potential customers boycotting their website if they don't do something.

I didn't find any of my models on the site, so I can't legally say anything.

They have a method of reporting Intellectual Property Right Infringements. You have to register to file a complaint but they claim they process complaints within 2 days.

It appears that he (Alice) is making scans of booklet models too and selling them. He didn't miss any - even Digital Navy stuff. I briefly looked over the collection, and I just wanted to throw up.

Disgraceful. They are even charging money for free models in the public domain (eg Canon's free models).

He doesn't need to buy and then scan anything, even. Loads of other people have done it for him and posted the results on Depositfiles etc. and he can get them for free from there. (deleted) is a site that is questionable in that they give links to hosted copies on Hotfile, Depositfiles and so on, but at least they aren't selling anything. The only thing they do that is really off is that they produce rescaled and repainted versions of other people's models.

I wanted to laugh, really. Does he (Alice) not realise that paper modellers will already be aware of the free sites where many of the models come from?
Don't know that informing the hoster will do any good. They generally don't care - unless they might be somehow liable (which I doubt) if he was prosecuted. How about informing a biggie like Canon? - they might take him on.
