Great News
I am so glad that this designer has started to add to the fantastic FW26. Keep us posted as to when the parts are available this will be a definate build. Let's hope it is the same scale as the Williams.
BTW the post of my build of the Williams is on the Metamania site as #14 Martin. |

Thanks, Ponytail. This is a beautiful model. Assembly instructions are the pictures found in the "sequences", right?

Maybe he left all of the editing type info which many people take out? Don't know for sure, but that would make for a big pdf. |

Zathros, I think Stev0 is referring to the page size in the PDF files, rather than the file size, which is a bit big but not excessive.
In my PDF reader, the pages come out as 82.62 x 118.15 cm. This is just a little less than A0 size (84.09 x 118.92), so I think he has been designing at 4 times the actual model size, and this has come through to the preliminary PDF files. Print at 25% on A4 paper, and all will be well. Since the models are supposed to come out 1ft long, and presumably the original cars are pretty much the same length, I think we can assume that the scales will be the same. Alan |

I wish I have my printer with me right now to print that out in super B.

The upper, larger brown-and-yellow button on the left takes you to his blog, which of course is now full of newer stuff. Scroll down about 2/3 of the way through, and you will see a box headed "CATEGORIES" in the right-hand column. The entry "248F1" takes you to entries discussing the development of the model (three pages of them), and "248F1 inst" gives you assembly instructions (two pages). Each of the instruction entries has a link (ending "> >") to the full version of that post. Posts giving links to the models are in both lists. Alan |
