Nice model, don't know the scale but these are the dimensions of the real one (the Toti Class, anyway). With a beam around 16 feet, she was quite tiny! 151' 6.89" Length, 15.58 ' Beam, 13', 1.48", I want one! Wouldn't want to fight in one though!
Length: 46.2 m Beam: 4.75 m Draught: 4.0 m |

The stand is about half the length of the model, in the picture, which would make it about 14 inches long. That would put it at around 1/130th scale I believe? 151 feet/14 inches = about 130. |

Hi, I'm the creator of this paper model.
The guess is true, the scale is about 1/130, even if this model was not created thinking to a specific scale. I just chose the size balancing paper usage and details to manage. In few months I should be able to put online another italian submarine model: the Da Vinci. Most depends on my free time of course... Anyway comments, suggestions and critiques are always welcome as I've not created many models until now. My other models can be found here: Paper models Hope You like them! Bye Mascal |

The Enrico Toti build instructions are very neatly done, as is the kit itself.
I have dl-d this one, and look forward to the build, having taken note of the instructional as given, with its' very informative text and images. Congratulations Mascal: you have designed a fine model. Genial and Respectful Regards, Uyraell. |
