Das boot

Uhu 02 has just released his latest creation.His Das Boot U boat.And its a beauty.One question though.Has anyone heard when and if he is going to release his model of the 2001 moonbus.From what I have seen,it looks outstanding.Any feedback wouls be appreciated.Thanks you folks in advance.Ed

He should be releasing the Moonbus but not sure when,his usual routine is to test build first then release so just keep looking on the site for a test build.He's started on a Hellboy Big Baby gun so the Moonbus might be released quickly to make way for working on that.

The best submarine movie ever made. Just downloaded the boat. I love the movie so much I might actually try it.

I noticed while downloading, he appears to also be working on Big Baby from Hellboy2.

@Sammuel,

It's fairly simple. Scroll down the page until you see the images of the parts pages; just under that you'll see a series of orange links with names like: u01(400kb). Those are the parts pages in PDF format, you'll need to click each one. A little further down is another set of links #s 1 to 34, they take you to the instruction pages (they're in Japanese but the pictures are pretty much self-explanatory.)

I am pretty sure with a little care I should be able to do a decent job making the display stand. I am not sure that I would be able to do the rest of it justice.

I wonder if UHU02 actually assembles his own models.
I think he sets out bowls of sushi by his back door, to attract tiny kappa who do it for him

(I know Doris doesn't really build her models, either. Crews of very short but highly skilled elves do it for her late at night, in return for the cookies and bowls of cream she leaves out for them. )
