Philip, thank you for the posting. Do you happen to know what scale this model is? It would be nice to make it as a low relief model to provide "background" for a shelf HO layout, especially if combined with a few of the large storefronts from Scale Scenes.

I've no idea what scale the model is. You could try printing out a test page and measuring something like the height of a doorway to give you a rough idea. Then scale it up or down as appropriate when printing. Haven't a clue how to do this, but there are others on this forum who do. I'm sure they will be willing to help.
