It looks like it is this one; posted a couple of days ago;
My first cardmodel in 1982!
but it doesn't look like a model of a real plane, as far as i know

I didn't read the whole thread, but its funny how these this gets together, it looks like a Vickers Vimmy, but that cockpit is just fantasy

Yup - we were just guessing about what that one was - I came up with the 1920's Armstrong Whitworth Argosy. the tail is right, but the Argosy had an open cockpit on top. Sort of a fancied hybrid between the two?
