I just experienced that with both Firefox and Chrome. :(
But as Rick says, once past the warning, I could access the download.

Security issues
Could be a symptom of Jules' site being 'hacked'. It is posible to have a 'man in the middle' type of attack on a website. I'd report it to the web admin before using the site - otherwise, you're likely to get something nasty in a download!
 Visiting just now, I had no warnings come from the site. Perhaps Jules has already addressed the situation?

It isn't (or may not be) the site, some of the the models themselves may be infected. Since nobody has bothered contacting Julescrafter, a member here I will. Paper-Replika offers the community some of the widest model offerings and seeing that they are free, it would not be too much to ask for a little return support. I don't think it is wise to ignore these warnings as his site may be hosting a (or a couple of} bad files, and how would you know which one they are? Your anti-virus can do little if you by pass it's warnings and let the software in (though these are browser based). These pages lists the problems:

just had a reply from jules on facebook ...
he is aware of it and is taking steps to sort it ... hacking issue apparently..
