Interesting forum

Not exactly a paper model spot, but a forum specifically dedicated to 3d military meshes. Certainly should be interesting to all you designer types

It's the sister to Sci-Fi Meshes dot com. Which means you have to register to access artwork and meshes.

It's well work the time if you want eager designers translating things into digital models.

Lex is right though. Don't expect to get your hands onto anything easily convertible.
