Do you refer to SLADE ? If so, what Album do you have ? I have supported these guys since day 1 {well perhaps not day 1} 1969 and onwards. I have all they ever did on good old Vinyl. Dave and Don still do stuff live, but Nod does more TV stuff and Radio - Not quite sure what our Jim is up to, will have to find out. Whatever...... Keep On Rockin'...........

SLADE!!!! the inspiration for every "Hair" band of the 80s!
Quiet Riot being the most obvious since they actually had hits with some of Slade's songs.
I always hated the fact that they were never credited by all those crappy knock-off bands!
And not a single member of all those "hair" bands had "muttonchops"!!!!!!!!

Considering the positive energy you created for this #@%ing rock band. They have some nerve hassling you about your model. Their loss!! Your models rule! Thanks for your continued FREE wonderful models!

Hello for all friends and thank you all for your words.

Just got an email from Blogger warning me about unauthorized content on my blog. The content is "Chevelle Highway To Hell". I believe that the claim came from the advocates of the brand AC/DC, because the link to the van (Kombi) had been deleted without any kind of warning. To avoid losing my blog and respond in a process that I would lose for sure, after all, rights are rights and whether a trademark is registered, it was foolish of me to use it without permission, even if the model distributing free.

Well, no more heavy metal models. When I was 14/15, My father always said, this "rockaroll" going to screw you. Well, I never thought it would be this way. : )

Just catching up on the thread. Wow, the band (or their legal people anyway) jumped you about the models. That just sucks!
