Looks like the author's name is Cuguel.

I got the models form his site, and they are OK, graphics are a bit blurry since they are game rips, not up to the same standard as Janx and Getter1's models, but they are the only models of those versions for now. I hope the guys get together again and make these ones up as they would complete the collection very nicely.
