New Patlabor Command Car

From the anime Patlabor it is the Ingram 98 Command car!

Ain't that a cool vehicle to build?

That was the first model I did that wasn't a 'simple' model. The instructions were excellent, and had no trouble with it. It is still one of my favorite models.

Thanks

PS I'm not seeing what is different from the old model ...

Oh sorry, I thought it was new because the author labeled so. I did not know it had been out a while.

My old model is on an external drive, but just looking at the new download, I don't see any difference. The instructional build photos are the same ones from earlier. I printed the page to pdf when I built mine, and the build photos are the same.

It is a very satisfying build. I encourage anyone to build it. My son loves the fact that it has wheels that roll and has those little fiddly details that make it a beautiful model. The instructions are excellent, so don't let that 'fiddly' remark discourage you.

I did this one in my Color-Printer-Died-So-What-Will-Look-Good-in-Greyscale period. So mine is black and white with the lights on the lightbar done out of construction paper ...

That is a great idea. I should use my old and faithful HP black and white as much as possible to save color inks.
