There are some automatons mid page which I took another look at which would make fun builds. They look like they would be great desk toys and no one would believe that they are just paper.
I love paper crafts that remind me of the inexpensive but fun Japanese and Czech tin-litho hand-cranked toys of the 50s and early 60's. Now, one of them in mint condition would sell in an antique store for the price of an evening out for two.
