ALL I can say is find a way to contact the designer and ask permission to host it here.
I did try to download on 2 different Browsers simultaneousness in order to actually get it Did take over 30 minutes. I would get a little, then it would pause. Still shows as coming in not Actually Paused, Just coming in at 0.0b/sec. I left it active and did other things, so can not say how long it actually took.
