This guy goes by the name vovchik1980. He has several of Dr. Zarkov's models and others from a Polish (I think) publisher. What are the proper steps to force this guy to cease his activities?

I've found that eBay responds automatically to certain words: I've personally had auctions shut down because I included "trigger" terms such as "explosive", "forgery" and "deep throat". It might be worth including a few choice selections when addressing this matter to them.
