Lockheed Constellation

Anyone know anything about this model? Who offers it, who is the publisher and are the copies offered on the internet pirated as I found it in a few locations I am not sure about. But I can't find anyone offering it for sale.

I can't shed any light on this, but I hope it's legit, since I know of no other L-049 Constellation available in paper.

Schreiber puts out a Super Constellation (Schreiber-Bogen Kartonmodellbau), but I like the lines of the realier versions better.

It is the Paper Trade Constellation in KLM colors.

every entity offering this kit as a free download is a pirate source.

Here in the US, I know that Paper Model Store used to carry this aircraft.

If you want to order this kit currently, I beleive that Diderick would be more than happy to take your money

Thanks, Rick. I can't get the link to work. I tried Googling Zeist Bouplaten and found the website (- Zeist Bouwplaten - Import, verkoop, ontwerp en productie van papieren schaalmodellen, maquettes en bouwplaten (cardmodels), Modelbouw, Rietveld cutoutmodels), but it doesn;t work, either.

In the course of things, I found the model offered for 18.5 Euros at what seemed to be a Spanish site, but I lost it and haven't been able to find it again.

Not that I need more unbuilt models around the house.

I can get to Zeist Bouwplaten thus: - Zeist Bouwplaten - Import, verkoop, ontwerp en productie van papieren schaalmodellen, maquettes en bouwplaten (cardmodels), Modelbouw, Rietveld cutoutmodels
The Spanish site might be: Recortables, maquetas y juegos en papel

Cheers,

www.ecardmodels.com now handles Paper Trade, but not the constellation.

But we can all hope it will show up soon!

ECardmodels does offer Ken West's C-121 military Super Connie: ECardmodels.com Shop

I have it, but would still like the L-049.

Rob - I still can't make the Zeist Bouwplaten link work (I just get a white screen with "done" in the lower left hand corner), but the Papel3D site IS the one to which I referred. However, they do not appear to offer the L-049 Connie, or any other Paper Trade models. Perhaps I found the ghost of an old posting.

Paper Trade Constellation

Straight from the horse's mouth: I am the publisher, and there is indeed a pirated version somewhere... Go to my website to order: www.zeistbouwplaten.nl
Hope to hear from you: every little helps to finance new projects, like the Delta Dagger!

Many thanks for this authoritative information, Diderick!

I hope the Bionic Modeler will obtain and build one. I will send in an order as soon as I can find out why I cannot access your web site from my computer. hdere must be some setting in my computer that is preventing me from getting through.
