You don't need Pep Designer, just the free Pep Viewer (to the best of my knowledge)

It works fine. Well, if your printer is supplied with A- whatever paper! Otherwise, it offers to scale the artwork to fit what ever your printer uses. I did not test to check that the scaling is consistent across many drawing files.

A pretty model.
