I just tried it and did not have any problems. The file downloaded perfectly.

Not only that, but he also has the A-10 up as well. I just downloaded it, and both the parts sheets and the instructions worked fine for me.

Some remakes (or recolors) of Ojimak's models are available on the website of the japanese ministry of defence. If you want the RF-4E, you'll need to remove the dash in the filename after you get the error 404 message.

Comparing with his earlier T-4, F-15 and F-4, they seem to be complete remakes, not just recolors.

Yep, the B-52 is in beta-build by a reader of his blog iirc. I'm not sure the fantasy fighter is for public release though.
