I jumped in 2 weeks ago. Just finished the forward superstructure this weekend.
The framework for the Hull was interesting, but I think I might have done better with tabs between the hull pieces rather that on the frames.

I wish I had the skills to mod this into a U.S.S. John Paul Jones DDG-53 model. It's a really nice scale. And the slots and tabs work especially well.

I've been waiting on Page 21 for 4 months now. Though the Wife thinks to model is finished.

Well, it HAS been a little over 4 YEARS since I first started this thread. I wonder if I'll live long enough to see it fully released. He used to take only a couple of weeks at the most in the past.
