Hey Leif, the bubble canopy is the same method than the ones used by Dave Winfield on his Mustangs. The end product is not that bad at all.

I noticed the different way the internal structures are designed.

Another thing is the way the leading edge of the wings are glued together by a tab, instead of having both halves in one piece, like the regular design (Dave Winfield, Emil Zarkov, the Marcin guys at Halinski, etc). What Julius wants to accomplish here is to avoid having a separate leading edge at the front-wing root (the one just avobe the landing gear).

It should be a weekend project. I'm going to open a build thread for this one, and see how it ends up.
