Just downloaded that ZIL-29061 (70Mb) with no problems. Maybe a little slow but otherwise OK.

That was the one I was trying. Tried several times yesterday and for 3 or 4 hours this morning. The best I ever got was 25% before the download timed out and dropped. Like I said I'm going to blame it on Cox.
