Italian Aircraft Model Site
Riproduzioni Aerei carta
A page I apparently went to 12 years ago, and haven't seen since (I just came across the Ca 135 bis I printed, along with the Italian instructions). I searched a few words from my printed page, and was happy to see the pages are still up! They have a number of aircraft models, mainly Italian WWII, with a sprinkling of other nationalities, including several early jet fighters. They use a unique method of assembly, and appear to intended to fly. I really need to read these pages over, now that I have access to a better online translator than I did back then. I was also pleased to see several more models than the ones I originally downloaded. Time to build some! Scott K. |

Good find, Scott. These look llike nice little models. With the hard edges to the fuselage and nacelle curves, they resemble the old Trotskiy designs, except with internal structure for the wings. I plan to try one of these.

Thanks for the link Scott. Some airplanes there that are outside the modeling mainstream.

You're all welcome.
Don, I was going to say myself that the models reminded me somewhat of Trotskiy's with 3D wings. I would imagine they stand up to "landing impacts" better than his, though, with all that reinforcement they have. elliot, I agree, the SM 91 in particular. I'm not mfamiliar with that one at all, in any form. Think I'll go ask Google about it. Scott K. |

Mb326
Some rare Italian paper models indeed, including a two seater Aermacchi MB326F from Ghana, (incorrectly indexed as MB328 ?). Well known in South Africa as the Impala Mk1 .
