I had the opportunity to go to Duncan Aviation (Lincoln, NE) to see them outfitting the 7x aircraft to customer orders. They have a contract with Dassualt to complete the aircraft. Duncan receives them direct from Dassault with only the basic cockpit for the ferry flight over the pond.
